Double-sided grinding device for CBN wheels

This device requires the same parts as the single-sided grinding device, only everything is doubled and the special shaft extension is added.

This would bring the costs to almost €700. But we don’t want to earn twice. That’s why we only added our production costs for the expansion.   If you have a lot of knives to sharpen, this can save you an enormous amount of time. The fixture is fixed in the Vertical Front Base. The adjustment works completely tool-free. The device is supplied with 3 fixed angles as standard. These are 15°, 20° and 25°. In order to achieve these degrees, the angle blocks were milled to 17.5, 22 and 27.5 degrees, so that a standard knife with an approx. 2.5 mm thick blade can be milled almost exactly to 15, 20 or 25° .
