No more fumbling. Here is the ultimate tool for measuring your workpiece length.
Many of you use software or an Excel spreadsheet to determine the cutting angle.
What you always need to determine the angle and thus the height of the toolbar is the length from the point where I rest on the toolbar to the tip of the cutting edge.
This can now be determined very easily with this tool.
Simply place the clamped knife on the block and move the lockable slider to the cutting edge. Then determine and then the length can be read off the attached ruler with mm scaling.
It has never been so easy.
In addition, a groove was milled in so that our self-made clamp can rest perfectly.

The length measuring block far surpassed my explications. Not that I didn’t expect it to be good, but it was very good. Solid built and the Tormek knife jigs fit perfectly and reading the measurements was simple and clear. My only regret was that I waited so long before I purchased it.
