Clamp bundle for Ermak (4 clamps, 200mm bar, 400mm bar, clamp table)

With a few simple steps, the clamps can be used either as a long version or as a short version.

Specially designed for long knives such as salmon knives, kebab knives or machetes or similar.

The most important goal was that the clamp has the same sharpening angle as on the front after turning the knife.

This was done on a professional measuring table with max. Deviations of 0.3 degrees ensured.

The device consists of the base support 40cm including 4 clamps

The base bracket for 2 clamps with a span of 20cm is also automatically supplied.

The clamp comes with the required table for mounting on Ermak 5 or Ermak 10.
