Bread knives again get devilishly sharp.
Always a problem.
With this felt wheel it is quite easy.
Simply grind the smooth back of the knife as flat as possible until a ridge is formed in the waves on the front. This can best be checked with a cotton swab.
Then use the flattened disc to polish the ridge out for each individual shaft.
For this purpose, the felt disc is best inserted with 1 micron diamond spray.
After finishing, simply check again with the cotton swab whether the ridge has been removed.
Is this the case……… then please CAUTION……. She again had a devilishly sharp bread knife.
You need 2 spacers or you get suitable washers.
