Set of CBN grinding wheels 200×40 for T4 (160, 400, 1000 grit, 12mm bore)

I offer here as a service for all Tormek T4 users the possibility to get a CBN grinding wheel.

These grinding wheels are always ordered in blocks as they are not part of my normal program.

That’s why I don’t offer individual wheels, only the set. These wheels are not regular stock items but special orders.

One set consists of three different grinding wheels with the grit sizes:

160 grit rounded edges

400 grit rounded edges

1000 grit rounded edges

Consists of aluminum body with CBN coating.

Can be operated in normal water without fluid.

Diameter 200mm

Thickness 40mm

Bore 12mm

The diameter varies depending on the grain size. For example, the CBN 400 has a diameter of 203.4 mm.

If the discs grind on the water trough, please insert a body washer about 2-3mm thick between the grinding wheel and the housing, then the problem is eliminated.
