On this occasion:
It is completely normal for the felt wheel to become more or less dusty during the first few uses.

How long this is the case depends on the area of application.
Sometimes it is gone after a few sanding processes, sometimes it takes a little longer.
This does not constitute a material defect but is normal.
We attach great importance to the concentricity of our felt wheels.
However, it is a natural product that is allergic to moisture.
A minimal radial runout (very rare) or a lateral “wobble” have no influence on the efficiency of the wheel.
To deburr the wheel, we recommend applying a “very thin” coat of 1µ diamond emulsion using a brush.
Here, less is more.
